The year is over, and so is my journey at Flat6Labs . A 26 ans (mieux vaut tard que jamais!), une soirée ramadanesque, je parcours mon fil d'actualités sur Facebook et soudain, je perçois une publication sur la page RT Events , un projet conçu par des jeunes amoureux de la nature et qui veulent partager cet amour avec leurs semblables. Une publication très bien rédigée, un programme très bien détaillé et une audience assez engagée ont suscité ma curiosité.  Je décide de réserver une place pour une nuit en plein nature sous des tentes à Testour dans le gouvernorat de Béja en Tunisie.  Une expérience souvent connue sous le nom de "camping" Testour, cette petite ville connue pour plusieurs richesses telles que le super bon fromage et la broderie artisanale très raffinée qui se transmet de père en fils et de mère en fille.  Je ne connaissais personne dans le groupe, j'ai décidé de partir vers l'aventure avec quelques détails sur le programme, mon sac à dos et mon appareil photo seulement.   J'ai senti que j'avais...

Today was the second time in my whole life I didn't stop eating for hours! The first time was the day of one of my best friends' Moroccan wedding day (Hi Nadine)!   Today was very special in the sense that, with my friends, we felt like being tourists in our own country.  Today, we did a street food tour in Tunis Center!  The activity was initially scheduled in order to help an Egyptian friend of ours Kenzy, get to know better the Tunisian culinary culture after she brought a whole صنيّة of كشري (Koshari: one of the best foreign foods I have ever eaten on my entire life!) fo us last week.  The day started by meeting Wajdi Borji, originally from the island of Djerba (and other origins as well...).
